PillowTalkBLOG!

So...how did you come up with that?!? We hear that a lot. Every aspect of our custom work is planned meticulously - combining size, shape, color, texture and originality into a one-fo-a-kind treasure. Here are some show-and-tells about our creation stories - enjoy!

Talia's Doublet

originally posted on 08/17/12

Our client wanted us to make two pillows to commemorate Talia's beautiful multi-piece invitation.

Talia's invitation had five pieces - they are pictured below and are: English invitation (top right), Hebrew invitation (top left), in lieu of gifts card (middle left), dessert party (middle right), and an event flyer.

Taking the Hebrew and English two-sided invitation card first, we made a two-sided pillow, each side with its own coordinated trim treatment. Note that the invitation is the center of each pillow, and the outer border is an enlargement of the design motif contained inside the invite.

We treated the dessert card the same way. The card is inside the orange border, with the outer border an enlargement of the designs found on this card. The reverse is a collage, containing the "in lieu of gift" card as well as two events on the event flyer.

The client, and Talia, were pleased!

I love the pillows! My daughter and i think they're amazing and her friend loved them. I can't thank you enough for all the work you put into them,  I am going to recommend you to anybody and everybody :).
