BRYCE'S FOOTPRINTS
Bryce's announcement was simply elegant. A small card with two precious pink footprints on a white background. We used that for the front, then took those footsteps, inverted the color scheme, and made a funky back!

EMERY'S SCALLOP BORDER PILLOW
Emery's invite featured a scalloped edge. We incorporated that into the design. The back was fuzzy fabric, to match the announcement's feel of texture and coziness

CAILA'S BIRDIE PILLOW WITH STITCHING
Cali's announcement had photos and a sweet birdie above the name. We put the bird front and center, then included the name and date.

CLANAGH'S PILLOW
Clang's pillow had a funky font, and a cute treatment of her initial. We rearranged everything, and incorporated the "stitching" around the "C' into an essential design element.

WYLIE'S CHALKBOARD PILLOW
Wylie's invitation was scanned, then a striped border was added - it matched the chalkboard feel of the text. For the flip side, we found the type and used it to make a name pillow for Wylie - a good idea, since it is unlikely that many commercially available Wylie merchandise probably exists in the marketplace!

ADELE'S LITTLE BIRDIE PILLOW
Adele's pillow had a photo on the left, along with a sweet birdie on the right. We brought the bird front and center, and added the name. The back was a birdie repeat!

SYDNEY'S BABY SHOE PILLOW
We loved these cute little shoes. We put the invitation on the front on top of a delicate plaid, then brought the shoes to the back!

REILLY RAE'S PLAID PILLOW
Reilly Rae's photo announcement was massaged a bit to create this design. The back was a fuzzy minky rose fabric, mirroring the bed of roses under the crib in the photo.

LINCOLN'S UK CLASS OF 2033 PILLOW
Lincoln's parents live for the University of Kentucky! We took the typeface from Lincoln's ones and used it, and Kentucky school colors, on the pillow. This is an adaptation of our Nursery Rhyme pillow.

ULRIC'S WHALE OF A PILLOW
This pillow was created from this cute photo. We put the whale on Ulric's shirt front and center, then added the vitals. The back was a school of whales.

JULIA'S GIRAFFE PILLOW
What's cooler, using the giraffe as the fabric for the back, or finding giraffe ribbon?!?

MIRIAM'S DAISY&VINE PILLOW
What an unusual baby announcement, but oh so pretty! We used the colors and the typefaces to create a pillow that feel like the announcement, with the elements rearranged.

HELLO AUBREY
Aubrey says Hello, so we said hello right back! We printed the announcement on soft and fuzzy Minky and used the Hello in the outer frame (reverse color). The fabric we found for the back matches her headband!

WARNER'S WOODLAND ANIMAL PILLOW
Warner's birth announcement had a photo front and center. The back had white twinkly stars on a light green background. We removed the photo and moved the text around - most notably centering the name, then added a twinkly star border for the front. The back of the pillow is taken from the back of the invitation - we put the stars into a repeat.

LOUISE'S HEART MOBILE PILLOW
The design for Louise's pillow came from two places - the birth announcement and her thank you notes. The thank you notes had a sweet heart mobile top center - we took the hearts and used it to make a heart border for the announcement. The mobile was then used as the repeating pattern on the back.

MERRILL SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS HELLO PILLOW
Merrill's birth announcement was a photo with some very interesting text. Dad also loved the San Francisco Giants. Both were incorporated.

EDMUND'S CHINESE LANGUAGE PILLOW
Edmund is a baby of Chinese descent. Where can you get a pillow that has both his English name and his Chinese name? At The Pieced Palette, of course!

DAVID'S STORK NECKROLL PILLOW
David's birth announcement was a foldover card. The front had a stork delivering a baby boy bundle of joy to his address in NYC. The inside had the details. The wings of the neck roll have fabric made with the stork design; the middle combines the front drawing with the text.

TWINS JOIN THE TEAM PILLOW
The front of the pillow was the announcement. The back is fabric made from the sporting babies in the foreground.

BAPTISM GODMOTHER PILLOW
Our client provided the artwork for the front of this pillow - we adjusted the colors and added a coordinated back.
