PillowTalkBLOG!

So...how did you come up with that?!? We hear that a lot. Every aspect of our custom work is planned meticulously - combining size, shape, color, texture and originality into a one-fo-a-kind treasure. Here are some show-and-tells about our creation stories - enjoy!

Lady Ante-Vellum

Sage's invitation was printed on translucent vellum - the wording was printed on the vellum paper which was then placed on top of a white backing with a silver scroll pattern and tied with an aqua ribbon...a cool 3-D effect!

This is great for a paper invitation, but the invitation pillow would not be easy to read.

We created a design that separated the two layers, so the pillow still had a "scrolly" feel, yet was legible. Our client requested additional ribbon from the Bat Mitzvah Mom (keeping what we were doing a secret!) and crafted a larger ribbon that mimicked the one on the original invite.:

The back, of course, is filled with scrolls!
